DEFECT #1 - STRUCTURE

Description
Shred-tech corporation (shred-tech) is recalling certain 2021-2023 mds-4-33 shredding trucks.  Shredded paper may accumulate in the space between the cutting knives and the bulkhead wall.  

Consequence
The accumulation of excess shredded paper can compress and overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action
Shred-tech will install a new bulkhead wall, as necessary, free of charge.  Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed april 24, 2023.  Owners may contact shred-tech customer service at 1-800-465-3214.
