Consequence
A wheel hub that separates from the axle housing may increase the risk of a crash.

When the parking brake is applied, the automatic transmission is still in drive or reverse position, and the stationary power take-off (pto) switch is engaged by the operator, the engine may rev and overcome the parking brake's ability to keep the vehicle from moving.
Consequence
Unexpected vehicle movement can increase the risk of a crash or injury.
