DEFECT #1 - STEERING

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 entegra coach anthem and cornerstone motorhomes. The steering gear may have foreign material inside the gear that could build pressure within the system, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Consequence
A sudden loss of power steering assist can increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will remove and replace the steering gear, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed april 10, 2024. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is shyft group 24v-052.

DEFECT #2 - ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2025 entegra cornerstone motorhomes. The chassis batteries could have inadequate overcurrent fuse protection.
Consequence
Inadequate protection increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action

DEFECT #3 - ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY:CABLES

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2024-2025 entegra anthem, aspire, cornerstone, reatta, and reatta xl motorhomes. The battery cables may not be the correct size, in the correct location, or they may be improperly tightened, which can cause an electrical short or allow the cables to overheat.
Consequence
An electrical short or overheating of the battery cables increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will inspect the battery cables, and repair or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed august 30, 2024. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903611.

DEFECT #4 - FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL

Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2025 entegra aspire, 2025-2026 entegra anthem, and cornerstone motorhomes. The fuel filter housing may become damaged from contact with the rear cap support bracket, causing a fuel leak.
Consequence
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will install a new mounting plate and relocate the rear cap support bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed may 16, 2025. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903625.
