Description
Shyft Group is recalling certain 2023-2025 Spartan RV K2, K3, and K4 chassis. The steering gear may have foreign material inside the gear that could build pressure within the system, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Consequence
A sudden loss of power steering assist can increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Shyft Group will remove and replace the steering gear, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 21, 2024. Owners may contact Shyft Group customer service at
