Description
Tires fail to meet fmvss no.  109 requirements.  Tires possess localized porosity.

Consequence
The porosity condition may lead to separation within thetread components.  A loss of air could result with possible loss of vehiclecontrol.

Corrective Action
Replace tires within 60 days from date of notification at no cost to the consumer.
