Possibility that when fifth wheel is in unlocked position contact between fifthwheel locking mech- anism and air reservoir could result in perforation ofreservoir, causing improper operation of braking system and possible loss ofbrakes on converter dolly. (correct by inspecting and modi- fying asnecessary. )
