DEFECT #1 - TIRES:TREAD/BELT

Description
The involved tires fail to conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no.  119, new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars, due to separation in the shoulder and tread areas when run in an overloaded or under-inflated condition.

Corrective Action
The dealer will replace involved tires free of charge within 6o days of recall notification.
