Possibility of an undercured condition in the bead area caused by an improperlyformulated rubber com- pound.if this condition exists it can cause the tirebeads to stretch or grow in use to the extent that the tire may becomepartially disengaged from the wheel.(correct by inspect- ing and replacingwhere necessary at no charge within 60 days of receipt of owner's letter).
