Description
Replacement headlamps were not approved for highway use in the u.  S.  And do not comply with fmvss 108.

Consequence
Headlamps would not provide proper illumination andcould cause glare to oncoming traffic.

Corrective Action
Replace headlamps with original dot certified lamps.
