Description
Equipment description: heavy duty brake fluid, 12 ounce bottles packaged by warren oil company between july 13 and july 14, 1999.  In efforts to improve the color of the brake fluid, a lower amount of amine was used in the inhibitor package, which then resulted in a lower ph.  These units of brake fluid does not comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no.  116, motor vehicle brake fluids.
